The law firm was founded with the aim of providing Swedish and international clients with legal services and products within commercial law and in particular within the firm’s primary fields of practice: capital markets and securities law and the regulatory regime for the financial sector. Our clients consist mainly of Swedish and international banks, stock exchange members and other investment firms, investment managers and large international law firms.
