Anders has worked within a wide spectrum of capital markets and securities law for more than a decade and he has experience of all types of assignments within the practice area. During his career Anders has also worked with mergers and acquisitions, acquisition finance and other finance transactions and general commercial law. Clients as well as external conference organisers often engage Anders as a speaker and throughout the years he has given a large number of seminars and speeches with different scope and focus, e.g. prospectus regulations, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and corporate law.
